About our Courses
Introduction
How to become a dog groomer? Are you new to the grooming industry? Are you looking for a dog groomer qualification?Knowing where to start looking for approved and accredited training centres can be a minefield. The first and best recommendation is to get the right training, select a grooming school or academy that is accredited. This demonstrates that they meet a high standard of training and quality and that there is a robust quality assurance process overseeing the training provided to students. If you are looking for an intensive dog grooming course you've come to the right place.
All grooming tutors should hold a teaching qualification as well as a qualification both relevant to the grooming industry and specific to the level they are teaching. The training school should be well maintained and strictly adhere to UK prescribed Health and Safety legislation. Pampers aim to exceed City and Guilds and Aim qualifications expectations.
Most of our students now have successful dog grooming businesses, some home based, some mobile and others with shops, have a look at our testimonial page to see what they have to say.

Our Courses
Where and when
Our courses are Part time and Full time. The courses run 5 days on, one day off, so the day off is a different day every week. We ask that if you can, that you complete your days
consecutively, but we understand that this is not possible for everyone so as long as you take the first two weeks together you can split the rest of the course up, into days or weeks, but this must be agreed with Margaret before the booking. There are nine courses, priced to suit, so you can choose the best one that suits your individual needs.
Most theory for the courses will be home based and all practical training will be held at our Academy in Stirling, Scotland.
To ensure that our students achieve a high attainment standard, our target is to deliver the very best guidance through an in-depth scheme of works.
